Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and Refunds

Once we've confirmed a mutually agreed date and time, you'll need to complete your booking via Stripe no later than 12 hours before your reading. If payment isn't received in that time, your appointment will be released and made available to others.

All bookings are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.

If you need to cancel an online video reading within 6 hours of your scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Online Video Readings

At the agreed time, I will contact you via the chosen video platform. If you're unavailable and miss the appointment, the session will be considered forfeited and no refund will be given.

Recorded Email Readings

Once your payment is complete through Stripe, please submit your reading questions using the Contact form or by emailing info@tonyfoxtarot.com. Turnaround time is typically within 7 days.

All email readings are voice recorded and delivered via a pCloud link, allowing you to download and keep the file on any device. Please note that your reading will be stored on pCloud for one month only before it is automatically deleted.

International Clients

All readings are available worldwide by online video or recorded email. No telephone readings are offered.

Readings are offered as guidance and insight, and are not intended to be predictive or absolute. By booking a reading, you retain full responsibility for any decisions you make as a result.

For legal purposes, readings are classified as entertainment. Tony Fox cannot be held liable for any actions taken following a reading.

If you require medical, financial or legal advice, please consult a qualified professional.

Confidentiality & Your Information

Your privacy is respected at all times. Your email and personal details will never be shared or sold. Occasionally, you may receive a follow-up email regarding new offerings or important updates.

Payments, Discussion & General Terms

  • All payments are made in advance, with no hidden fees.

  • You agree to the terms set out by Stripe and will need to resolve any payment issues directly with them.

  • I’m happy to clarify your reading afterwards if needed, but reserve the right to limit ongoing discussion if it exceeds the original scope.

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
