CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
After agreeing a mutual date and time I require you to purchase your reading through PayPal via the purchase page up to a maximum of 12 hours before your reading appointment. Failure to do so will result of your allocated appointment to be released again to the general public.
Please note that any reading purchased is also subject to PayPal terms and conditions.
In the unfortunate event of you cancelling any face to face reading in person or by telephone and online video within 6 hours of your appointment after purchasing it, I reserve the rights to give you a refund minus cancellation fee (50%) within 30 days.
ONLINE VIDEO, TELEPHONE & IM READINGS
For telephone, online video and IM readings, on the agreed date and time you will contact me me either by telephone or via the agreed online video platform (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc) to proceed with the reading. Failure to contact me will result in a lost appointment and no refund will be given.
EMAIL READINGS
Once you have completed the PayPal payment transaction for your email reading, please use the contact page form or email info@tonyfoxtarot.com with your reading questions. Turn around time for your email reading is usually within 72 hours.
All email readings are voice recorded and can be downloaded to any device. Once your email reading is complete, it will be uploaded to pCloud and a link will be forwarded to you via email that so that you can download this in your own time. Please note your reading will be stored on pCloud for a maximum of one month before it will be deleted.
OUTSIDE OF THE UK
People outside the UK are welcome to order a reading. However if calling by telephone, the call will be at your charge. In other words, if you reside outside the UK, you will have to phone me at the agreed date and time (GMT time or UK time) for your reading. Failure to do so will result in a lost appointment and no refund will be given.
ALL READINGS
My readings are for ‘entertainment’ purposes only; your decision to act upon any advice given in my readings is your responsibility and based on your free will. By purchasing a reading from me, you agree that you will not hold me responsible for the actions you take as a result of my reading.

Readings are given as guidance and not restricted or limited to a predictive nature. A Tarot reading with Tony Fox is designed to help you to fulfil your own potential and to empower you in order to live a more satisfying life.
Your email address and any other details will never be sold or given to any other party. Your email address may be used to contact you infrequently at a later date to inform you of offers or major changes to the site.
You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of PayPal and to pursue any problems with PayPal.
All payment is “up front” and there will be no hidden or further charges.
The Reader is happy to enter into discussion and clarification of readings, but reserves the right to discontinue if discussion exceeds the scope of the original request.
Your consumer statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions.
